CEO
Richard Murrell
Richard Murrell is the CEO of Vedra Metals. Richard is a chartered mining engineer with 30 years of industry experience in the UK, Australia, Africa and North America. Most recently he was the Mine Manager and Site Director at the Anglo American Woodsmith Project in North Yorkshire before branching out on his own as a mining consultant.
Richard has experience in multiple commodities including gold, nickel, coal, iron ore, lead, silver, zinc, mineral sands, copper, cobalt and polyhalite, working in both underground and surface operations. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IoM3) and a member of the Australian Institute for Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).
Richard has worked for both contractors and owners in operational and project roles. He has spent six years in civil tunnelling projects in Perth (Australia), London and on the introduction of tunnel boring technology into a coal mine in Queensland. He has extensive experience leading stakeholder engagement on strategically important projects, including in his recent management role at the Woodsmith Project.
Senior Project Manager
Marco Milani
Mr Milani is a Mining Engineer with over 35 years' experience in mine production, management and project construction both in Italy and internationally. His most recent work was in Colombia as Chief Engineer on a multi-million dollar highway project. Previously, he worked as COO in several industrial minerals projects in Northern Africa and as Mine Manager in an underground talc mine in Italy. Mexico, Honduras and Pakistan are among some of the other countries he has worked in. Mr Milani is a Chartered Engineer of the Order of Engineers in Italy and is fluent in English and Italian amongst other languages.

Erika Belotti
Ms. Belotti hold degrees in foreign languages and literature and has deep experience of the commercial and regulatory operating environment in Italy.
HSE Lead
Clara Raieri
Ms Raieri is the HSE Lead at Vedra Metals and deals with all aspects of health, safety and environment. She also acts as RSPP Head of the Prevention and Protection Service.
Ms Raieri has a degree in Environmental Engineering.

Mr Salter is an investment manager with Victor Smorgon Group, a family office investment firm based in Victoria, Australia.

Stephen Hills
Mr Hills is Finance Director and Company Secretary for Altamin. Mr Hills has extensive experience in senior finance roles in public companies listed on the ASX and TSX, which have been in mining companies with gold, nickel and copper producing assets.

Andrew Wray
Mr Wray has significant experience in the resource sector in senior corporate roles, as an investor and as an advisor. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Golden Star Resources from 2019 until 2022, when the business was acquired in an all-cash transaction and delisted from the NYSE and TSX. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Officer of La Mancha, one of the largest direct investors in the mining sector, from January 2018, including non-executive Board roles with Golden Star as well as Evolution Mining. From 2013 to 2017, Mr. Wray was Chief Financial Officer of Acacia Mining Plc, a UK listed FTSE250 company and one of the largest African gold producers.

Antti Grönlund
Mr Grönlund is a Managing Director at Appian Capital Advisory. Throughout his career he has focussed on investing and developing industrial and infrastructure businesses. Mr Grönlund started his career at J.P. Morgan working in London and New York.
